- Ponemos en la bandeja del hirno los panecillo ycon un pincel de cocina bañamos con agua nuestros panecillos y dejamos caer encima el resto de las semillas. apretamos con los dedos las semillas flojito para que peguen al pan. tapamos con un paño y dejamos crecer.otra hora y media.
- Precalentamos el horno a 250°, antes de meter el pan en el horno pulverizamos agua dentro para que los panecillos queden crujientes. Bajamos temperatura a 220° y horneamos 20 minutos. Nos quedarán unos panecillos riquísimos... ¡¡ no te los pierdas!!
