  13. COBERTURA:
  14. 200 grChocolate cobertura
  15. 2 cdta. Aceite de coco
  16. C/n Nueces

  1. 👉Primero lo primero
    Precalentar el horno a 190°
    Luego comenzamos a separar los ingredientes secos en un bowl (harina, polvo de hornear, Canela, jengibre, bicarbonato y sal) En el otro bowl ingredientes líquidos(huevos, azúcar, puré calabaza, esencia, ralladura de naranja, aceites).
    Batimos con batidor a mano o batidora uno 3 minutos y agregamos la mezcla al bowl de los INGREDIENTES SECOS, mezclamos bien hasta no ver grumos
  2. Volcamos la PREPARACIÓN sobre el molde deseado, yo usé uno de 20x35, enmantecado y con papel manteca y llevar a Cocinar por 45/50 min. A 190° en la rejilla del medio. Una vez listo ese tiempo verificar con palillo si sale seco ya esta, de lo contrario dejar unos minutos más. Desmoldar y dejar enfriar sobre rejilla.
  3. En un recipiente de vidrio derretir chocolate a baño María y luego volcar sobre la torta y agregamos trozos de nueces...
