  3. En este momento se añadirá la calabaza y toda esa mezcla se cubrirá de agua para estar cociendo al rededor de 20min.
  4. Pasados los primeros 5min de cocción y con ayuda de una espumadera, sacar las gambas. Cuando estén lo suficientemente frías para ser manipuladas se pelarán y reservarán para añadir posteriormente a la salsa.
  5. Cuando haya terminado el periodo de cocción se triturará todo bien y se colará.
  6. Con la salsa casi lista, como todavía estará demasiado líquida se pondrá en una sartén a fuego lento para que poco a poco vaya reduciendo. Corregir en sal.
  7. Mientras la salsa reduce, se pasará a preparar el pescado.
  8. Extenderemos bien una de las láminas finas de hojaldre y sobre esta se pondrán dos lomos pequeños, salpimentados y con perejil, de merluza.
  9. Se cortará la forma de pescado sobre el hojaldre y al lado otra del mismo tamaño para cubrir nuestro pescado.
  10. Antes de cerrar el hojaldre se añadirá un poco de limón exprimido y finalmente se cerrará bien para que en el horno todos los jugos del pescado queden dentro del hojaldre, dando un mejor sabor.
  11. Meter al horno a unos 170ºC durante 20 min.
