Aprieta los bordes con los dedos para que no se salga el relleno. Pinta la superficie de la tarta con el huevo batido, pinchalo con un tenedor y hazle un pequeño corte en el centro para que salga el vapor.
  8. Hornea durante 50 – 55 minutos a 180 grados.
  9. Nota : Puedes cambiar las espinacas por acelgas.
