Las colocamos sobre la placa de horno dejando un par de dedos de espacio mínimo entre ellas. Cuanto más fría esté la masa, menos absorberá el azúcar glacé y mejor os quedará la costra exterior.
- Las llevamos al horno durante unos 14 minutos, hasta que al tocarlas con, por ejemplo, el mango de un tenedor, veamos que ofrecen resistencia a la presión. Las sacamos del horno y las dejamos enfriar sobre una rejilla.
