- Agregar entonces la patata y el calabacín y dejar cocer durante 10 minutos, mientras tanto lavamos muy bien la quinoa y la reservamos, una vez hayan pasado los 10 minutos de cocción agregamos la quinoa y cocemos 10 minutos más, al final he troceado un poco de cilantro y lo he agregado, pero esto también es opcional.
