  3. En una olla, con el agua de haber cocido las verduras, la ponemos ha hervir, cuando empiece a burbujear echamos las conchas, cabezas y conchas de los mejillones y almejas. Dejamos hervir unos 15 minutos. Colamos el caldo y reservamos.
  4. Se trocean en dados los calamares. Ponemos una sartén con aceite de oliva, pochamos el ajo y el pimiento junto con los calamares, añadimos las verduras y dejamos cocinar durante 10 minutos, echamos las gambas y las almejas cinco minutos más, apartamos rectificamos de sal y le agregamos perejil picado, dejamos reposar con la olla tapada unos 2 o 3 minutos y a comer.
