  4. Añadir la ralladura de naranja y las yemas. Mezclamos bien mientras añadimos el agua poco a poco.
  5. Por último, añadimos el puré de calabaza. Para que quede sin grumos triturar toda la masa con una batidora de mano.
  6. Añadimos las claras montadas a punto de nieve y mezclamos con delicadeza con movimientos envolventes para evitar que se bajen las claras.
  7. Dejamos reposar la masa 30 minutos.
  8. En una sartén ponemos aceite a calentar y cuando esté listo vamos friendo porciones de masa que añadiremos con una cuchara. Freir por los dos lados.
  9. Escurrir en papel de cocina y rebozar con azúcar y canela.
