  5. A continuación, añadimos sobre la calabaza y la ralladura de limón, la lata de leche condensada, y utilizando la misma medida agregamos 1 bote de leche entera y medio bote de aceite de girasol. Batimos todo con una batidora hasta formar una crema
  6. Añadimos los 4 huevos, 1/2 bote de azúcar, 1 de harina y el sobre de levadura y volvemos a batir todo, preferentemente con una batidora con Varillas hasta dejar una crema sin grumos
  7. En un molde amplio circular o cuadrado, untado con mantequilla y enharinado, vertemos toda la mezcla anterior
  8. Metemos el molde en el horno previamente precalentado a 170 grados con calor arriba y abajo durante unos 50 minutos
  9. Una vez pasado el tiempo, sacamos el.molde del horno y dejamos enfriar (importante no deslindar hasta que se temple, pues según se saca del horno sigue teniendo una consistencia blanda, que no nos engañe, ya está hecho, sólo necesita enfriarse)
  10. Una vez desmoldado, se puede espolvorear con azúcar glass o servir con una bola de helado o nata. Al tener una consistencia similar a un pastel de queso.
  11. Esta tarta se debe conservar en la nevera
